Resident Referral Program

Could you use a little extra money? Don’t miss out on our GREAT referral program! Refer a friend, family member or co-worker to Chelsea Ridge and receive a credit toward your rent! Please contact your community manager for the current leasing bonus.

To be eligible, you must be a resident in good standing at the time your referral moves in. The resident referral bonus will be applied toward your rent 30 days after they have moved in.
